"I ordered 7 types of goods. The goods were delivered in two shipments and the delivery time exactly matched the information when ordering. The goods were delivered intact. Unfortunately, one item - cycling pants (which I needed the most :-)) was completely different from the one I ordered and it disappointed me a lot. There was no information that this was an illustrative photo and that the goods could or would be different. However, when communicating with the e-shop and my efforts to return the goods (the size did not match) I was offered a full refund and the opportunity to keep the goods. But despite this helpfulness, my confidence in the e-shop has suffered - the next time I order, I am not sure that I will receive what is in the picture and what I am ordering."

I immediately when through their asinine return procedure only to be told that I had to send the product back to the Manufacturer in "CHINA"... at the cost of appoximately $30.00... " Very very bad experience with the return policy. The order arrived and found the item smaller than their guideline. Requested an exchange and was given many excuses - eg The item should be returned to China, posted paid, economically not a good idea. When insisted on a refund, they started with ' REWARD value 25%of item price -$17.84; slowly they went to 60% [$10.70] like it was bargaining of a cheap vendor. Never ever purchase anything from this company. They do not stand behind their refund policy. Thanks"
"I had absolutely no hassles with the three orders I had placed. The orders were kind of pricey (120 euros-approx ) each. So with 360 euros riding on the orders, I took the leap of faith, and it all turned out just fine. The dates mentioned for deliveries were diligently adhered to. The product was WYSIWYG. A small 'bug' on the website's order track page, if there are multiple Line items and they belong to the same Umbrella order, and one Line item arrives earlier than the other ( why can't they all come together is another story), and if the user acknowledges the one Line item as received on the web site, the other line item (which is not yet received) goes default to 'received' as the site Logic thinks, the Umbrella order has been delivered. This should be tested by the Validation department of their IT branch/department before releasing the software on the production platform. Other than this Technicality, I was quite pleased with Lightinthebox & would like to venture with them in the future too."
