"This is my first time shopping at this store. I do not normally do online because I am so afraid of the scamming and all that. I had issues with making payment, it shows that the payment has failed, but when I check my account the funds were withdraw, I got very nervous. I contacted there agent and I spoke with Shadae. I got a response within a couple hours not bad at all. She apologize for the issue and check to see if the payment was receive. After all, it was there and she told me when my order will ship and the estimated time for delivery, and to confirm my address. My address phone number was incorrect and I told Shadae and she fixed it within the very second I told her. I receive my package in the time that she told me and the quality is better than expected. The cost of shipping us a little too high but I am not complaining for lightinthebox service was really good. I will be a returning customer and if I have any other issues I will definitely be asking for Shadae.
