"This is my first time shopping at this store. I do not normally do online because I am so afraid of the scamming and all that. I had issues with making payment, it shows that the payment has failed, but when I check my account the funds were withdraw, I got very nervous. I contacted there agent and I spoke with Shadae. I got a response within a couple hours not bad at all. She apologize for the issue and check to see if the payment was receive. After all, it was there and she told me when my order will ship and the estimated time for delivery, and to confirm my address. My address phone number was incorrect and I told Shadae and she fixed it within the very second I told her. I receive my package in the time that she told me and the quality is better than expected. The cost of shipping us a little too high but I am not complaining for lightinthebox service was really good. I will be a returning customer and if I have any other issues I will definitely be asking for Shadae. I will have to go back and check my invoice but I would have to wait until my daughter that know about these things come home to help me. I am just going to put something until later. "

"I had some issues with some dresses that i had bought from a seller on Lightinthebox. The dresses we're of very poor quality compared to the costs. I threw them out immediately and couldn't deliver proof to Lightinthebox via photos but even though I got my money back. Tha's what I cal good service."

"The range of items available on LITB is great, and the prices are also good. The quality of everything I have ordered (clothing, soft furnishings) has always met or exceeded my expectations. The down side is the delivery timeframes have always been slower than stated. Currently (13th July), I am still awaiting delivery of an order that was scheduled for 1st-4th July.
Customer Service is great, though. When I accidentally placed a duplicate order once, I contacted the site and they resolved the matter within a couple of hours for me - cancelled the duplicate order and refunded the duplicate payment."
