"Very quick delivery and the quality of the item is superb.I ordered 2 pairs of lightweight trousers when they eventually arrived they were very small compared to the size guide on the website, they didn’t fit at all, when I messaged them to return, they basically said I would have to pay postage and it wouldn’t be worth sending back, they suggested I give them as presents to friends and family or they would offer a 20% discount on ordering again, I find this unacceptable, now although they state they reply to messages within 24 hours I haven’t heard back in 3 days for a return form. Not very Happy. I am happy I am done with the whole communication I had to have with them! It was extremely frustrating! really amazing."
