"Partial refunds and orders cancelled
I made my order on 1st of March... by the 12th of March i hadn't heard anything and my order was still marked as 'Processing' I messaged them on facebook AND email. at first i was told i would get my order within 10 days. them i was told that there was a delay and i would have to wait a further 28 days. then they changed their mind again and told me that it would 100% be posted on 13th. So i waited until 13th and it was still 'Processing' so i asked again whats going on. They then told me one of my items that i BOUGHT was out of stock and they were going to give me a PARTIAL refund for it. i asked for the full refund for the item that was cancelled but i still want the other item that is apparently on the way... they said they don't give out clothes for free and they have cancelled my other item too even though i wanted it. all i wanted was a full refund for the item i wasn't going to receive and now I've gotten nothing... honestly worst company i have ever dealt with never again!
UPDATE
Lightinthebox emailed me saying that there was a 'misunderstanding' and could i please delete my review as it may ruin business... THEY KNOW THEY ARE AWFUL! trying to get people to delete their reviews. by the way they havent done anything for me thye just ask i change my review to be more positive on the business even though my experience was less than poor! I stand by me review and there was no misunderstanding just poor business management"
