I originally made an order of dresses that totaled to 478.76 Isreali shekels on May 18th. Many weeks later, l started to receive messages about delays concerning my order. One delay, then another delay then again and each time using the Corona in Israel during January February being the reason for the delays, while l made the purchase in May, so clearly someone from your company was sending automatic messages with absolutely no connection to my problem. Apparently my order did arrive to the warehouse in Israel, but for unknown reason no delivery company contacted me and the order was canceled. This went on for three months, that is totally ridiculous.
Thank goodness for Britney and Yuriy who helped me take care of this strange on going situation and Yuriy finally made quite sure to refund me my payment.
Mr. Manager, Please take note of what l have written in my message, as l would like to re order but l need to know l can trust your service that your website offers.
