Upon hearing (and seeing this from photos) this I got a great and prompt response with a range of options - send back and get full refund; keep and get 50% for use towards another purchase; or keep and get 30% discount and then do as I wish with the dresses - which were beautiful but just not as expected. I opted for option 3 and got refund within 24 hours! An amazing and pleasant interaction and outcome - I would commend them o you. "

"Purchased cycling shorts labeled as "Medium," which is standard size for 5'10, 165 lb male. The leg length of the shorts was 2 below the knee, about 6" longer than any medium cycle shorts I have ever seen. The company offered to refund my money, but only after I ship the product back to China, which would have cost about $45, more than cost of shorts. The product was originally mailed to me by a US Distributor in New Jersey, only about $3 worth of shipping to me. Rip Off. Scammers."
