"I liked several items, so I looked at their sizing chart and I ordered just one t-shirt in large. It took a few weeks to arrive from China but it fit and I liked it, so I purchased several things I had been looking at. I purchased two necklaces, four wall tapestries (including gifts), another t-shirt, a button-up shirt and a hooded sweatshirt. First, they opened a support ticket and refunded my money for the necklaces before anything arrived. Then a tapestry arrived just in time for a loved one's birthday, all in good order. So far so good, right? The rest arrived all together, after a total of two months. Two months! Alright, I can live with that, it's part of why I didn't bother ordering without wanting several things, and the color printing they do is pretty exceptional. But one wall tapestry was so cropped, stretched, AND blurry you couldn't identify it (I wish I could attach the item picture and my photo so you could see). The dress shirt was at least two sizes too small and the sweatshirt was also two sizes too small. I went to their website and there was a button for "Exchange or Return" next to each item in the order. I clicked it for the first item and wrote in the box which size I wanted to replace it with, did it again for the second, and just asked to be refunded for the wall hanging that was unrecognizable. Within minutes they cancelled two of my tickets saying they were duplicates, but they canceled one return and one exchange and left an exchange. After a half hour of searching I learned I could not submit another request for the same item, which proves they are each tied an item directly, but they were simply being handled wrong. I submitted a general ticket listing item numbers and what I wanted done with each, and I got another form response telling me they couldn't find the order I was submitting the ticket for, as if they could confuse it with my one previous order with no items in common. After realizing that even if they replaced all three items and refunded me for one, I still would never buy from them again, I finally replied that I want to return all three for a refund and I told them I expect it to be about $57. On the plus side, their customer staff is sometimes quick, some of their items are well-printed and high quality while being high color, and they were quick to refund me for the necklaces. But their sizing is hilariously inconsistent (even though all men's clothing uses the same sizing chart), their shipping is inconsistent and sometimes extremely slow, they sometimes have to refund you for items they cannot deliver, some of their printing is grossly low quality, their website and messages are unclear, and their customer staff is very quick to be dismissive. The sad part is that I would have waited another month or two for the hoodie and shirt that fit me if only their customer service hadn't wasted so much of my effort and left me frustrated.

Very pleased with several purchases

"Ordered 1 item at first to get an idea of quality. It was good - as advertised. I have now bought pants, shirts, T-shirts, blouses, and shoes. Follow their size guides and the sizes are perfect (note that in one shirt you may need a small and in another a medium). Of a total of about 20 items, I'd say that 18 are good and a couple of blouses were not to our liking. I have no qualms about buying here."

LightInTheBox is decent

"I bought a shirt from LightInTheBox and it came in around 2 weeks. It's not as fast as amazon but if you're not in a hurry, they've got a huge selection to choose from. The shirt had some loose threads but I cut it off no problem. I don't think it's 4 stars, I would rate it as a 3.5 but I can't so, it's a 4."

Unbelievably BAD experience!

"My final message to LightInTheBox:

Alright - this is RIDICULOUS!
I gave you a chance.
Followed the tracking on the package and it said it was delivered!
On Friday, March 19th!
I went to pick it up at our mail drop and they said it had NOT been delivered,
at least not to their location!

Your response? "We request you to check with your family members and neighbors".
FYI: This doesn't apply. The destination address is a commercial Mail Facility located in a mall. It was NOT delivered to them.

Since this was ordered on February 15th, and NEVER received it after sending you, several messages to that effect.
You response was to "wait a little longer". Finally, I asked for a refund.

Your response? : "We'd like to offer you a special reward of $5, which can be used after placing a new order with the total amount of $50 and above".
Do you actually believe that I would place an order with your company ever again?
