The contact with aftersales / Customer Service was by far the best communication and service I have ever experienced. Other webshops could learn a lot from LightInTheBox. Especially the contact with employee Coruncanius was excellent. So kind and so professional.

"Coruncanius, the Customer Service Representative at Light in the Box resolved an issue I had with an order in a proficient and kind manner. He contacted me within hours of registering my complaint and immediately took action to rectify the situation. My replacement item was out for delivery the following day, and Coruncanius sent me a personal (not a “standardized) email to advise me.
It is good to know that consumers can make purchases through Light in the Box online and not have to worry about getting “ stuck” with an item that is unacceptable for one reason or another, or having to go through endless rounds of menus and/or other frustrating roadblocks in order to get customer service. Light in the Box and its staff are wonderful; I look forward to a continuing retail relationship with them and their representatives like Coruncanius in the future. "
