Voilà, j'ai commandé des articles auprès de lightinthebox.
Jusque-là aucun problème( clair et correct)
Le problème survient après, au moment de la livraison!
Je reçois un message de lightinthebox pour me dire que mes colis n'ont pas été livrés pour la raison suivante adresse incomplète ou inexact!
Ok je vérifie et donne des indications plus précises.
Je reçois mon premier coli.
Et là rebelote les deux derniers colis ne me sont pas livrés pour la même raison.
Je contacte immédiatement mon fournisseur pour lui expliquer qu'il est préférable de livrer les colis via la poste Belge, qui est plus fiable et depuis plus de nouvelles. mes colis ont été comme abandonné!!!
A qui profite la situation! Surtout quand la marchandise est PAYER livraisons comprise.
Depuis je ne commande plus chez eux tant que je n'ai pas de réponse.
