This purchase, although the quality of the garment could not be faulted, the colour in the photograph bore no relation to the actual colour of the garment. I immediately e-mailed customer services and upon return received a reply from Andrei. Andrei was polite and courteous. We exchanged a couple of e-mails and the problem was resolved speedily and without fuss and not only with a full refund but a $5.00 towards my next purchase.
