Het koste me veel tijd en moeite om 1x boardshort terug te sturen. De verzendkosten waren ook nog hoog(12,50 naar Duitsland)
Hier krijg ik dan €6,25 van terug als shop tegoed.
Helaas is mijn ervaring dus niet wat ik gewend ben van b.v. een Otto of Zalando. Zelfs Aliexpress heeft een beter retour beleid. "

"Ho comprato tante volte con questo sito e per la prima volta ho avuto un problema con lightinabox. L'operatore Andrei si è mostrato subito molto disponibile e gentile nel capire bene la situazione. Mi erano state spedite due maglie fini (4XL e 5XL!!) al posto del mio paio di scarpe. Il pacco risultava visibilmente manomesso e scocciato al momento dell'arrivo.
