"I have been shopping with LightInTheBox for a few months now, and during that time, I have purchased various types of clothing, shoes, handbags, and jewelry. I was particularly attracted to the line of clothing that I saw on their Website, as it was both attractive and definitely well priced! Even though I have had a few issues with clothing sizes, Customer Service has always been available to assist me and has taken care of my issues in a very timely and acceptable manner. The only downside for me, at least in the US, is the long period of time that it takes from placing an order to finally having it shipped out and delivered. I have to say that I am very spoiled because I am also an Amazon Prime member, and I am able to receive orders on the same day or within a day or two. I find that I become very impatient if anything takes more than one week to receive. "I have had several orders with LITB. Each time I pleased with the quality of the material. I also want to emphasize how beautiful the patterns and colors are! I’m a huge fan of your clothing.
Two areas that kept me from giving a 5 star rating are the shipping times and sizing. It seems to take over 2 weeks to get my order. Also, the sizing is different for each item, I need to double check the sizing chart every time s to make sure it’s will fit.

When they received back my package , they didn’t contact me ( it lasted 4 months) .

Would I recommend this app ? Well .. if they have a peculiar and cheap product and that you are a bit patient , yes , because even tho it takes time it ends up solved
But in case of “an emergency” , -and it was my case- I would recommend other web sites that ship the products a bit quicker
