"I ordered this white dress but it didn't fit me. It was very beautiful and in good condition when I received it but it was too small for me. Ofcourse, I was not happy about it but LightInTheBox customer service handled my situation very well. Basically, I couldn't return the item since it's customized and it's difficult for the seller to look for buyers with a very specific size. Also, according to the policy, it's NOT refundable. I was so down until Silvia, a customer service agent from Light in the Box, helped me. I don't know how she did it but I got a FULL REFUND. So a million thank you to Silvia and to light in the box. I will continue shopping in Light In The Box not just because of their good deals and nice items but also, I'm sure that whatever problem arises in using their service, they have a great customer care and agents."
