However, I do believe that there is some room for improvement in the customer service area. After purchasing my item I didn't receive an e-receipt or tracking number, so I called them directly to get one. It took a couple of calls, back and forth emails and two days to finally get a Fedex tracking number, which I do not believe was a reasonable time.
