"Tessa made the experience very easy - she was very helpful in negotiating a final price for the lamps.
Shortly after I placed the order, I called back to change the ship to address. I had someone other than Tessa for this. They changed the address for only 1 of the 3 lamps, and left the other 2 as cancelled, even though I had already charged all 3. When I called in to report that only 1 had arrived, the error was discovered.Since then, I have not had acceptable follow up on their attempts to have the missing 2 lamps sent to me. Very disappointing, as all my previous interactions with Lighting New York had been excellent.
Update - I have received an email stating that my missing 2 floor lamps have been located and that I will get a notice when they are shipped. That has placed this order back into the category of excellence that I experienced with all my other orders. Would definitely recommend this company, and will order from them again in the future."
