"Overall, a very good experience, although it took me a while to get in contact with them. Their website offers a 110% price match. I sent them an e-mail, with no reponse. 3 days later I called them, but no "live" help was available, so I left a message. I then sent a follow-up e-mail and got a response.
The agreed to do the price match, sent me an e-mail with all of the details, and all I had to do was to click on the e-mail and it took me to a pre-filled order form. It was very easy.
The items arrived within a week.
My only concern is that their return policy basically says any damage is the fault of the shipper, so to inspect the package before the shipper leaves. The shipper never asked for our signature, he just left the items in the garage. We weren't home when they were delivered.
I opened the boxes (4 items) and there was a very small chip on the inside of one of the fixtures. Because it was on the inside, and the fixture is hung high up, it didn't bother me. I don't think it effects the integrity of the piece, and it is out of sight, and I didn't want to bother arguing with the shipper or the seller.
I would shop with them again."

Ordered 4 Sconces - 2 arrived broken - I have 4 emails and 3 calls into their "Customer Service" I cannot speak to a live person and over the past 2 weeks I have not received one reply. They did not stock this item and it was drop shipped from the manufacturer. I got a few email updates on the status of my order and was able to track it after it shipped via UPS.
I browsed several other lighting websites while shopping for the right light. Lighting Universe had a better than average selection and better than average prices."
