"I did not receive one of my lights in my UPS order. I did not know what to do. I called Anne Marie who handled my order and she quickly called UPS and found out what happened to my light (they returned to vendor without notifying me). She also issued a replacement order and credited me for the missing light. Well done and great customer service. Thank you"

"We have 4 Lightopia sconces in our master bathroom and LOVE them! However, the glass on one was recently broken so I ordered a replacement. Upon receiving it I noticed I ordered the wrong type of glass cover and was so discouraged.
