"The rep I spoke to said if I receive a damaged item, I need to contact them and send photos within 24 hours. Then they have to reach out to the manufacturer to see if they will accept the return, which may take up to a week. And it's at their discretion whether they will issue a refund or send another one, which will take more time. I am still purchasing it, seriously hoping the lamp comes in great condition. And if it doesn't, I hope they'll use common sense to rectify it."

Not only did De'Borah Dickerson jump in to immediately remedy the issue but went above with constant updates on the status and tracking of the replacement item.
