I spent a week calling their customer care and sending emails. Finally I tracked down their websales store and they were just kept lying to me and asking me to go to service centre, I explained them I want one to one replacement. But they just ignored. So I went to their websales showroom and defended, then only they gave me an one to one replacement. So never buy online. They keep lying to you making nonsense. "

"Placed an order April 15 and paid with PayPal. After 30 days, I emailed an inquiry about my order. A generic reply was received stating that due to COVID-19 orders could take up to 20 days. After 60 days, I emailed a 2nd inquiry. I received a reply that many items were back-ordered, and . . . due to “continuous and repeated calls and emails” that processing orders were being slowed, and not to contact the Singeronline unless it is something important, such as requesting a refund. After 90 days, I emailed a request for a refund for my entire order. No reply from Singeronline.com. I entered a request for a chargeback with PayPal, they investigated and decided in my favor. I do not recommend this company."

"5/2019. Just finished a class in Ohio with singer online. The instructor was very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He gave the class fairly clear instructions overhead projections, multiple resources, on line shops to obtain parts and hands on use of his information to the sewing and serger machines in the class. Several students who drove to the class were able to bring broken machines and machines needed adjustments and cleaning. All machines were completed at the end of the 4 days with only s fee that had parts on order. Ray also was generous enough to allow us to use his personal contact information to access him later with any questions we might have. The price was very competitive. Having a larger room with at least one more helper might have helped, but Ray did an amazing job handling 12 students, getting to each of us for personal instruction as well as drawing the class together for learning timing, use of tools and how to carefully thread the serger. I would highly recommend this class for the beginner or even someone who wants extend their basic knowledge of sewing machine and serger repair. "

"I was looking for a "hidden zipper foot" that would work on my Singer sewing machine. I found several on other sites that said their generic zipper foot should fit my particular machine. I didn't need "should", I needed "100% would". Tried Singeronline. Found exactly what I was looking for, at a decent price, and even ordered some jeans needles while I was there. Package arrived, zipper foot fit perfectly, Cinderella's dress got a new zipper put in, and I am a very happy customer!"
