"I've called twice since my original step up.
The first time I had a problem with my printer, which had a card board paper stuck. The technician had no idea what to do, and instead of telling me that he wasted his time and mine by directing me to watch videos of the way to remove a paper jam. Clearly he didn't know what I was describing, nor the multiple times I explained the steps I had taken to clear the path. I"ve been using printers for 20 years or so, and know this.
The second call was about my iCloud. I explained it doesn't seem to work. Your technician did a bit of diagnostics and declared it fixed. it isn't, I still can't get it working. "

I thought I was talking to a representative from Google (which is what I had googled to find). Live Technician is just legal enough... $175 i got charged for them to fix problem I had with gmail. They are deceptive.
Their operation is robbery. Stay far away.
