"Not at all happy with the experience or quality of the embroidery. Product itself was as expected.

It sounds so easy and efficient up front, but the interaction with the artists was clunky, protracted, unhelpful, unclear. When I was told to approve or disapprove the logo, I put comments about what needed to be changed, but the artists seemed to not get those comments. So, a couple days later I'd get an email asking for comments and I'd give them again. Then a couple days later I'd see the logo again, but the changes weren't made, or were incompletely made... I suggested 3 or 4 changes, and thought they would all be done at once, but they only made one change at a time. Small changes, too, like add an extra space between the words so they don't run together, center the first line above the second line of text, etc. The multi-step process with long delays was really unsatisfactory, and they charged me extra handling fees each time - and it was their crappy system that wouldn't allow all the changes to be made at once. In the end, I got the product and the embroidered version of the logo wasn't a very good quality - It was very small and thin stitching for the font. I wasn't satisfied. I think the folks working on it should have noticed the weak font and "bolded" it or something. The website says that the artist will make sure it looks great, but didn't really seem to pay attention and make sure the embroidery was really well done. I was going to have a lot of folks order the logo for different items (hats, shirts, etc.), but I don't feel proud of the product at this point."

"The quality of the shirts I ordered and the Logo were excellent. The only I issue I have, is that when there is a sale, there are often no shirts in the sizes and colors I want available. This time, they had what I wanted and everything was great. Turnaround time was excellent, but I already had a Logo on file."

"I submitted artwork that would work well for silk screening but not for embroidery. Their redesign was very poor and not acceptable. I informed them several times the reason it was not acceptable but I kept getting messages to approve the design. It was obvious that customer service was not reading the messages that I sent. Finally, I guess because I did not approve the design, I received a message that my order was canceled, but it did not include a message that funds would be returned. I'm still waiting. I would not recommend ordering anything from LogoUp!"
