A bit confusing with ordering screen print shirts

"I wanted to get some embroidered polos and some screen printed shirts. Said there was no minimum order for anything so I got 4 screen printed shirts. Then they emailed me and said thatI needed to order a lot more to qualify. Was kinda put off by that, but we ended up ordering just embroidered polos. "

Quality and service extraordinaire!

"I wouldn't even know where to begin. The day I ordered, turned out to be a half-day for LogoUp, obviously treating their employees well, by giving them additional time off before a holiday. I had a requirement for a fairly quick turn-around, so I was quite nervous when I realized my order wouldn't even been looked at, until the following Tuesday. Not to worry though, LogoUp jumped on my request first thing back in the office, and had a preview for my approval before lunch! Not only that, even though with all of the standard processes and shipping, my items probably would have made it in time, they bumped up my processing and shipping for me, to ENSURE my items were received in plenty of time. When the items were received, my inspection revealed that the items were in perfect order, even better than the preview and so much more than I expected. The quality of the material is superb, the stitching is impeccable and the color and layout are amazing. I know where I'll be going for all of my embroidery needs - LogoUP.com - and you should too!"

Missing both packages

"One of our packages went to Florida and the other has been lost, now we're having to jump through hoops for our products... done with using logo up for our uniforms unless this is fixed asap. "

Below expectations.

"Took three weeks to get my shirts. They say 7 day turn...around after logo approval. That means if they don't want to ship your order they just don't send you the logo for approval. My logo was already on file, and approved from my previous order...no changes. But they still waited until I called, wondering where my order was, before they sent my approved logo for approval. Dumb. I called and asked for expedited shipping, or a discount, but they refused both. Told me they'd do better next time. Next time?? They're may not be a next time. "
