Nickel and Dime To Death

"After using LogoUp for more than 5 years, got charged for a thread color change (changed from gray to black) because the logo on the last 2 shipments looked washed out. Got charged $15 for a logo change, then in the Proof, the thread hadn't been changed. Awaiting arrival to determined if it got fixed. Overall, unhappy with the surcharge, and not particularly happy that so many color and size combinations are not available for a lot of the shirts (especially the "Deal" shirts). The selection and customer service at LogoUp used to be tops. Nowadays, not so much."

Horrible

"To long to type. Horrible service. I'd rather order from Vista Print. Atkeast theyre products arrive in a timely manner and Customer Service is awesom. They also have a design department if you want a better outcome. Wouldn't advise this company to any of my subs."

Terrible Customer Service

"The first order I placed with LogoUp had no problems. However, the second order I placed with a new logo was done using the wrong logo which I didn't find out until the products arrived. I contacted their customer service to explain and let them know the urgency as we needed the products a few days later. They put in a claim and took 3 business days to even respond and when they did, I was told they only had my original logo and I needed to pay for a new order. I then asked for a supervisor to call me and now it's 4 days later and still no call."

SLOOOOOOW

"takes about 30 days. they advertise 7 days. but it takes about a week to get you the logo to approve. then its in production for a week. then it sits for a few days.. then it ships which takes about a week. I called to ask about my order and I was told in the future pleae call and let us know when you need hem by. I placed another order an told them I needed it by a certain date ( same logos etc) and I was told they cannot expedite without a 59$ fee. Queensboro had a much better process. I could change the stich color on each shirt and logo proofs were instant"
