"Have been ordering from them for years but this time when the EXTRA CHARGE names were applied to the garments they were oversized and completely out of scale in proportion to the logo. Completely unwearable and an embarrassment if we were to wear them. Every other time we ordered the names were in proportion to the logo and garment. Their excuse was I approved the proof, which I did but I am not a graphic designer and their digital representation is poor at best. I didn't catch the sizing, I didn't measure it as I had no reason to doubt their work. I thought they would have referenced our previous orders. Their customer service reps we rude and there is no phone number to contact quality control. It's all done thru email. They informed me the designers work off site and there is nothing they can do about it.
Be very, very careful when ordering fro this company. They don't stand behind their work!"
