"While usually good, LU indicated initial order went through, but having not received expected email with mock-up of art on product, contacted to learn there was payment processing error. This delayed the whole process, with subsequent (and unusual) back and forth until rendition of art was correct. Ultimately missed initial deadline for receipt of product. Have used LU for years for various embroidered products, with this being a most difficult and protracted episode. Prices, too, have jumped significantly - with experience and cost fueling reason to assess other potential vendors. "

"I ordered a custom shirt from LogoUp and after placing the order I realized it was the incorrect size. I went to order a replacement in the correct size and discovered that when I added a shirt in my size to the cart, it was actually adding the wrong size. I tried from multiple computers to confirm it was an issue with their listing page. I contacted their customer service by opening a ticket and they responded by giving me a return label for the shirt I had received, as well as placing an order for me for the correct size.
A week later they emailed me to inform me that they were out of the size I was needing. They offered to substitute a different product. After looking through their selection I found what I felt was the closest thing to what I had ordered. I responded and let them know that I ordered the shirt for a specific occasion, and I would accept a replacement on the condition that it is in my hands no later than the morning of Friday 11/16. This would give them approximately 9 days to slap my logo on a shirt and get it to my front door. This seems realistic to me, given that they have produced numberous shirts for me in the past with this logo, and no setup/artwork sizing is necessary. I didn't receive a reply at all, and had assumed they determined it was not possible and would instead refund my money. Then last night (11/14) I received an email from FedEx LogoUp had a package on the way for me with an estimated delivery date of Saturday 11/17.
So to break this down into why it's a pretty big failure from a customer experience perspective:
1) This is the second time they I have ordered an item shown as available on their website, only to be told a week later it is out of stock and they have no idea when they are getting more. Get your inventory management together, and while you're at it learn how to notify your customers in a timely manner.
2) LogoUp made no effort to produce the shirt faster or use an expedited shipping option in order to get the item to me by the date I needed it by. I originally ordered this 10/16 and the replacement order was 10/29. I obviously placed my order in plenty of time to have it here when I needed it, but two separate errors by LogoUp delayed my order enough to miss my deadline and not only did they do absolutely nothing to fix that, they didn't even acknowledge it.
3) I stated I needed this item by a specific date. They didn't meet that deadline, which makes this a complete waste of my money. I wasn't given the option to ask for a refund rather than having the shirt produced and shipped outside if the timeline I needed.
There aren't many companies that are willing to put a logo on items for you without minimum orders. But given that this isn't the first time I've had an issue with LogoUp and they badly botched their handling of it, I'm done. I'll find a new supplier, or else I'll wait until my business is up and running and order in larger quantities elsewhere. Doing business with LogoUp now rather than when my doors open was a way to explore the possibility of continuing to use them when I need hundreds of items at once rather than just a few. They've permanently lost me as a customer. "
"Overall LogoUp has always done right by us in pricing, production and delivery. This particular item had a significant number of defective items - ssay 10%. LogoUp gave us a 25% refund, which covered the loss and frustration. "

"In the end, I got logo'd apparel, which is what the goal was. The first proofs sent were not at all what I requested in my notes, but they promptly fixed it. One of the products arrived damaged. They are replacing it, but it has been a several week process and we are well past the event it was purchased for. The LogoUp branded products quality was ok, but not great. The embroidery seemed a bit sloppy on some products. Threads hanging out, etc. I'd say you get what you pay for, but I am wondering if I could have gotten better quality for the same price elsewhere. "our company sells industrial supplies, our brand is everything. i used Logo Up in another company we launched and had a great experience their but my last transaction was special. i went on line picked out shirts, vests, jackets and i made a mistake on the shirts and ordered the wrong color, (take your time when ordering online to read the conformation e mail) i got exactly what i ordered and i called and explained the situation (i was a ****) and the lady who took the call handled it like a champ and most important was professional and helped me to get the order right and replaced my mistake with the product that i needed so the moral of the story is LOGO UP is great to work with there staff is great and i cant say enough about my experience other than i'm a customer for life "
