"One of my shirts came PRE Stained. Nice of them to take care of that for me, but I do pretty good getting my stuff dirty on my own. 75% of my order was mis-sized. While the tags say they are the size I ordered the shirts aren't even close to properly sized. A women's XL is smaller than my 11 Year olds Youth L shirt. Submitted a ticket to Customer Service since you can't talk to anyone on the phone and told them exactly the issue they respond once and then NOTHING for TWO weeks. About to call American Express and dispute the charges so that I can get their attention. I realize mistakes happen - but a company that refuses to address them and correct them isn't one I want to do business with."

Sooooo many other companies require a min order qty, which is stupid because most people understand that they will need to pay a bit more for a low qty. I found LogoUp through Google, easily placed my order, and received the items in 10 days. The embroidery quality was great and the contest winners are extremely happy. "Every ounce of my last order was screwed up - from the ordering process, to the package getting lost, to having to remake the order because it wasn't correct, etc. They did finally get us the requested items, but it consumed SO MUCH TIME that the great deal we were getting on the items was no longer worth it. What upsets me the most is that I requested a call from a supervisor through various channels - even calling in to ask for a supervisor several - over and over and over again AND NO ONE EVER CALLED ME. I get it that mistakes happen. They had so many opportunities to save our business relationship, with a company who has purchased over a thousand dollars with them in the past 6-12 months... and they chose not to take it. So they will be losing what could have been a very lucrative business relationship for them. Very disappointing."
