"Service was absolutely terrible. It said 1 day processing and 5 day ship. It took 2 weeks. I tried to contact them and they never answer the phone, Their hours say 8:30-5, their phone says 10am-4pm. Not that they answer at all anyway.

I can't say enough terrible things about them. I want to return the item as it was received far too late, but honestly they probably would act like they never received it and not give me my money back.
