"I've ordered from lolli three times in a 2 year span and every order I've gotten everything as promised. And I have received my items in a timely manor. And the one issue I had was I didn't receive an email when my item shipped with my tracking number. But it ended up being my fault I misspelled my email. I've had no issues in purchases. Although I've only bought two pairs of shoes and a swimsuit. I was pleased with my purchases. Will order again. "

I don't know where to even start.

I was shopping for a pair of boots and only planned to spend around $20-$30. However when I saw the promotion for the free shipping if I were to spend over $50, I decided to take the extra time to shop around and take advantage of it. And they had 50% off purchase coupon code advertised on their front page (right next to the free shipping promotion)

I was wondering if I needed a coupon code for the free shipping, so I took the time to go read the "see details" link that was listed with this free shipping promotion.

It states that it would automatically be applied to my order. And there was NO additional information such as restrictions that would eliminate the free shipping.

So I place my order, but I realized the shipping cost (of $20 additional dollars) was not taken off. I go back to the link I initially clicked on and I realized that it stated that --if ordering heavier items such as boots, etc etc. shipping cost will need to be payed, even if there is a promotional deal advertised on our site.--

I have never ever shopped anywhere online where they have a free shipping promotion with $$ spent, and then a list of restriction(s) that would keep me from using it. It's always if you spent whatever amount, I would get free shipping, no questions asked.

I then take the time to call Lollis customer service (while they were open) and I waited 40 minutesssss on hold before I finally gave up. No one EVER answered.

I then decide to write a direct message from their contact page, and they responded immediately!

Their first response:
Hello,

There are three requirements that you need to meet before the free domestic shipping applies:

1) You have to have at least one regular priced item in the cart
2) You can't be using more than one coupon code
3) You can't have any deal items in your cart

Are you sure you met all of these requirements?

They didn't even list the weight requirements that were listed in the details I had read. Instead the listed 3 ADDITIONAL requirements. And keep in mind, they had a 50% off purchase coupon code advertised on their front page (right next to the free shipping promotion)

So if I get a deal or something is on sale I can't get free shipping??? What??? They are scam artist! What kind of store does that??

Oh and to make matters worse, all their emailed responses after that were soooo rude. I've never felt so disrespected by the responses of "support representative"

Finally, towards the end of us going back and forth about all these restrictions not being listed on the policy/more details link, she tells me to go to the same link I had already visited but then the next email provides a different link to the "promotions" policies. So she was basically making mistakes with the links and then trying to cover it up. Why would I go to the promotions section when I had already read the free shipping policy/details and the promotion was listed right there.

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE. They strive to rip people off and don't provide any level of customer service unless it's rude responses.
