"I paid 71 dollars for overnight shipping and the package arrived 5 days latter. Company refuses to cooperate and refund snipping cost. They sent the wrong tracking info from UPS and they sent the package regular mail with normal shipping. The company went as far as to lie and Insult me when they eventually responded to my emails AFTER I filled a dispute with PayPal. "

"Ordered shoes in May and two months down the line, I have received nothing. Upon trying to contact the company several times via email, they either ignore you or will send an isolated link stating a so-called postal date (no evidence of tracking or delivery & I question if it is a real tracking link or something they have made up).
Therefore, you are dealing with a company which can't even be bothered to respond to a query or refund request with eve one full sentence! This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced (and I shop worldwide). And I warn anybody reading this to hold on to your money and shop elsewhere before you get ripped off too.
Look at their feedback score and read the majority of the comments which confirms what I have stated. That is evidence enough. (And I am sure the positive feedback is added by the company themselves so they do not have a dissatisfied customer rating).

"They still charge you for out of stock items and they never refund you automatically. It's been over two months I've been calling and email them and still haven't received refund, now have three items that weren't shipped and no one bother to apologize or refund my money.
I order more than 8 items at a time and they arrive in plastic bags, I message them pls send shoes in box but no one reply.
Few days ago I contact them about status of refund by now I have two more items that's not shipped, no apology it's like new asking me order number, sent the the reciepts pics and it's been five days no one replied. I was going order more today but I don't want go through this hassle, I won't order unless they refund me."
