Their phone number or is not a working number, or it just happened to be busy on all lines, all 14 times (not an exaggeration) that I called. It's three weeks after placing the order, and I still have no tracking or shipping information. I wish they would be as quick with processing the order as they were with charging my credit card."

"I was SO excited to order these shoes. This was a gift to myself for finishing my spring semester at college and starting off my summer. But it seems that your sizes run way smaller because the size 8 seemed to be 2 sizes too small. I also paid an extra dollar for the "free" lipgloss that was suppose to come in with the shoes but that never came. I wanted to exchange the shoes for another size up but the shipping came to $15 which is the same price as the shoes. Now I am stuck with a pair of shoes I can't wear and NO lipgloss.
