"I initially ordered a pantsuit and what I thought was a one pc romper and another romper. The pantsuit was small and one of the rompers was a 2 pc. If the romper had been a one pc, and I had gotten a larger size, it would've been super cute. Anyway, I received the last romper and was over 150% satisifed with it. It was soo beautiful I was amazed. When you order online, you can't tell if something will fit based on sizes, but they do well with posting model size and what she's wearing, that helps. Anyway, I returned twoitems and received store credit and now am waiting for a replacement romper. It looks similar to the super cute one so I hope it arrives quickly! All in all, I was super satisfied with the romper that fit. The only drawback is the difficulty communicating with customer service online."
"I got 2 swimsuits. They look exactly like the picture, and are made of really good materials. However, they only fit half of my body. I know there are fitting charts, but I got a medium and it fit my body and not my boobs. Had I got a large, they would have fit my boobs, but not my body. I guess you just can't have it all."

Their website makes it sound like orders ship within 3-4 days, but MANY of their items are backordered and they do not tell you that before your order is placed. After 4 weeks of waiting I finally asked for a refund. They tell you that will process in a couple of days, but 2 weeks later still no refund. I think this is an illegitimate company that should be investigated."
"I ordered 3 dresses that all showed available. Once my package arrived there were only the 2 striped maxi dresses. There was REFUNDED written on the packing slip next to the khaki dress. I called customer service and they advised me the money would be refunded for my dress. It's been a week later and still no refund. I'm extremely disappointed because it doesn't take a week to issue a refund. It's like they're not trying to refund my money "

"I ordered a swimsuit on Tuesday 6/28, I was charged on Wednesday 6/29. Shipping was 5 to 8 business days. I needed it by 7/15 so there was plenty of time. I received an email that it was shipped on 7/8 a week after I was charged. I do not think I will receive it in time. I'm not sure why it took so long for it to be shipped out. It wasn't on back order. This is unacceptable.

"On 6/25, I placed an order for two skirts. I was leaving the country for a trip on 7/1 and wanted the skirts for my trip, so I paid right at $30 for 2-day shipping so I would have the order before I left. On 6/28, I sent an email to inquire as to whether the items had been shipped. NO ANSWER. On 6/29, I sent a second email inquiring as to whether the items had been shipped. NO ANSWER. The amount for the purchase was deducted from my account on 6/28. I inquired as to when the items would be shipped and would I have them by Thursday, before leaving for my trip on Friday. NO ANSWER. On 7/1, I got a snippy email stating that I should have seen the shipping information on the website and should have known that it would take 3-4 days to process the order, along with an additional 4-5 days to receive the items from the manufacturer. I returned to the website and did not see this information anywhere. I received this email on the day I left at 5am for my trip. The items were delivered on Tuesday, 7/5, A FULL 10 DAYS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER AND PAID FOR 2-DAY SHIPPING. This was handled badly and I will never order from this company again. "
