I received a email with a tracking number but when I entered the number it stated that the number did not exist. This company seems like fraud. "This has been my absolute worst shopping experience, thus far!
I was reeled into this site by the extremely cheap prices and cute shoes! When I login to the site, I find that none of the shoes are in my size... OK. So I decided to buy shoes to take to my aunt in Africa... So I order the shoes and pay for the expensive 2 day shipping so that o I can receive the order in time for my vacation.
The following week, after not receiving My order, I call lolicouture only to find that my order had not even been processed (even though the money was taken from my account) because they needed to verify that it was my card and they forgot to call and verify.
The woman I spoke to promised to cancel the order and give me an immediate refund. Then she calls back to say it may take up to 72 hours for the money to return to my account (even though the money was taken immediately). After another week passes, I call back only to find out that my refund had not been processed... So I should wait another 5 days to receive my refund!
What?!
I'm still waiting. And I am very much annoyed by this company!"
