"Swim top was supposed to be a small and it was like a 2X woman's size!!!! Because it's a swimsuit top they won't allow me to return it. The tags were cut out of it. No we're on the entire top does it say it's a small. I know what size wrong and they're saying that it's correct I have no clue how you can honestly say that.... Still waiting on a response "

It's been 5 weeks since my order & after emailing and calling regarding my refund for the 3 items I never received, I still have yet to get my money back on the 3 items. "Ordered a package with 2 day shipping, got my package a week later. I needed it for an event. Did I get to attend? No. Was told by ups that I would be eligible to get a refund after paying 25 bucks for 2 day shipping and getting it a week layer, but Lolli Couture would have to send for the refund. The manger of Lolli Couture would not approve it after I stated to her how long I had been waiting and what UPS advised. Lost a customer. Will never order from here again."

"My order took 9 days to get to me, and to me that is absolutely ridiculous that it takes that long expecially because of the insane shipping prices. I ordered a bathing suit and it came in a bag, not a box or anything so it shouldn't have cost that much for standard shipping. I was very dissatisfied with my order, and when trying to contact customer service, they take their sweet time getting back to you (I used email because I heard bad things about trying to reach them on the phone) and when I tried to return my order for a refund, they were less than helpful. The form to fill out for returns/refunds is bull and if you want to return something your basically stuck with whatever you have, don't even hope for exchanges. When they finally would email me back, the emails were very unprofessional, impersonal and did not even have anything to lead me to believe they were an actual company. What I mean by that is the email was written in pink, no contact information, no company signature, there was no "I'm sorry you are dissatisfied with your order, what can we do to make it better"..none of those sort of things. The emails were short and quite rude. I would not recommend ordering anything on this site. "
