"I got an email to review the service/order. I submitted my order on June 1st. It's is now June 15th and it hasn't even shipped!!! Here I was ordering early so I could have my order delivered before the 25th. Now I don't know if I'll even get my order. What a scam. Submitting my complaint to the BBB today!!!"

"No product to review as I have not received it, nor any tracking information as promised. I made my purchase and the total balance deducted from my account on the very same day (5/30/16). I sent an email inquiring about the items I had purchased and received this response on June 3rd... your order has started processing (4 days after order date) afer regular processing time of 3-4 business days it will take an additional 4-5 business days to receive product from the manufacture, once we have tracking information you will be notified via email." You should inform customers, prior to taking their money, that you don't have the product in stock and also inform the customer that it will take 10 days before LolliCouture will even receive the product for delivery. It's been two weeks, I should have received my products by now!!! VERY DISSATISFIED with the service at LolliCouture!!!!"

"I ordered several items from the website. I am 5ft 4 inches,chest 36 DDD, bottoms I usually wear a size 9. The swimsuit tops were a little small. The dress I order was too sheer. The crop top and skirt was small. I ordered a large in everything. Should have gotten extra large. I ordered shoes a well and fit perfectly. All all I was still able to fit the clothes comfortably and vacation in the Bahamas. The shipping came in 2 weeks are less. I would purchase again."
"I have truly never encountered such terrible customer service. I originally called to ask for th 40% off to be applied to an order I had already placed.. I forgot to use th code...and since I had received the free shipping they said I couldnt have the coupon...which I understood perfectly...so I asked that they cancel the order and give me the coupon and not free shipping but they wouldnt do that. They kept talking in circles and never actually answered any of my questions and when I asked to talk to their supervisor they said they were on break. So they were supposed to call me back and never did. I finally just told them to cancel my order because they were so unhelpful. I ended up havng to call them back over a week later when I received an email stating my order had been shipped. I was furious because my issue was never resolved and now I have a bathing suit being shipped that I dont even want. The sales rep was very vague when I would ask her questions about the company and even said she couldnt tell me how long she had worked there! How odd. She was rude and tried to say I would be charged a fee if they changed anything on my order! I order my bikini on May 30 and still havent received it on June 12th....I dont recommend this company...there is much more to tell but I have said enough to hopefully show how terrible this company treats its customers."
