""I tried many beds at Macy in Philadelphia and knowing I have stenosis that Is getting worse needed a new bed. I previously had a Tempur Pedic, which was great until it wasn't, about 10 years. This company via the website and the phone guided me to what I needed, the firm Loom and Loft but I did not need a box spring which I did not know as I already have the platform bed. They did not sell me anything I did not need and actually guided me to the right mattress. As a marketing guy, I am VERY careful,(professional habit), but CR and NYT product testing companies both HIGHLY recommended the company's mattresses. Best decision I ever made. White glove delivery was professional, on time, courteous. And the mattress And I are best friends. It is firm enough for me to sit up as I did in college and with a pillow in my lap edit paperwork or read. I could not do that before. The support is first class. My doctor is pleased and so am I. I would recommend this company to anyone. I would have paid more at Macy's for the same thing. ( and It's up to you to get rid of the old mattress,) but not with White Glove delivery. They do it all from set up to the disposal of the old mattress. And their return policy is the best in the business. I cannot recommend them highly enough.\n Thanks, guys. There are 2 remotes (at least for the king size) which allow both people to set their own respective firmness preference / level for each side of the bed. I imagine this is what it feels like to sleep on a cloud(?) I only wish I had added the adjustable base!

"We had been sleeping on a latex hybrid Queen mattress by Stearns and Foster for the last 8+ years. It was pretty good, but after our first was born there was some uncomfortable sagging. We added a dunlop latex topper and it was back to being very comfortable. The ultimate goal was to upgrade to a King which we were saving up to do. Finally, earlier this year we purchased a King frame and ordered a new mattress. Originally I had looked at the Zenhaven, but they were backordered and we really needed something quickly. We looked at a local mattress store who specialized in natural latex options, but the pricing began at $6k which was not feasible. We went with Birch as an alternative. Birch arrived and although the mattress was decently comfortable, the quality was severely lacking. You could not only feel the springs but see them all along the outside. It made changing the sheets challenging and uncomfortable because the thick springs would push against your hand and the frame. My mom came by to test it and immediately said it should be returned. After 10 days I placed an order for the Zenhaven knowing that we would not keep the Birch. It took several weeks, but once we had a delivery date we were actually able to schedule a swap with both companies for the same afternoon. We had the delivery men situate the Zenhaven on the firm side. It was comfortable upon laying on it so we felt good about the firmness. After a few nights, we decided to swap to the softer side and see how that felt. It was also extremely comfortable. A week later we swapped it back to the firm and never looked back. It is hands down the best night sleep we have ever had. Zero back pain. Zero neck pain. Zero hip pain. You fall asleep quickly and sleep soundly. Now that I'm pregnant again I'm realizing that the sleep issues I had with my first pregnancy are nonexistent in this pregnancy. My chiropractor even asked for the name because the tightness I usually have in my mid back is substantially more relaxed. I've always been a huge fan of latex, but this is my first solid latex mattress and I will be purchasing another Zenhaven for my son when he gets his new bed."

"I love the Saatva Latex Pillow and wanted to give this one a try too and it is amazing! It is soft, but supportive enough for side sleeping. It also works really well on my back, and surprisingly good on my stomach, although you may want to remove the middle insert for stomach sleeping. It also doesn't heat up too much like memory foam typically does"
