"I bought the firm mattress 3 years ago, hoping to replace my old Tempurpedic mattress. I immediately realized it was too firm for me. I called the company hoping to exchange it for the medium one, but they encouraged me to accept a comfort adjusting topper. I did not like the idea of that because I paid so much for the mattress and I knew I would feel my husband move around. I really tried to like the topper, but I've gone past the trial period and now I am stuck with a bed that is still way too firm and now way too high up (thick). I also had a newborn at the time, so I didn't push a replacement which I am very much regretting now. Fast forward a few months past the trial period, I still don't like the firmness of the mattress and end up spending another few hundred on a soft mattress topper. The mattress is very thick already, plus a 2 inch topper, plus another 4 inch topper, and now my bed is way too high up. I hate it because I am pregnant again right now, and it **** having to climb up and down into bed a million times at night to run to the bathroom. Also, for another half year I'll have to climb in and out many times caring for the baby at night. Not to mention, changing the sheets is a nightmare. I am just really disappointed that I didn't push a replacement and that I felt they discouraged me from replacing the mattress. I hate calling customer service, and they didn't exactly solve my problems the times I did call."
