"From the time i ordered the Queen Relaxed firm, i received several emails updating me on the status of the delivery.
A local delivery service contacted me to schedule delivery, but they were not very flexible on date options. Either way , it worked out and they did well with the "white glove" deliver/setup.
So glad for this as it's too heavy for me to setup by myself!
Compared to my previous bed, this one was wonderful but I tend to sleep hot and have not noticed much cooling relief (unless i'm just not used to trying a foam mattress for the first time).
After 1.5 months I'm realizing i prefer a more firm option (also partial stomach sleeper), so looking at the Zenhaven as I like the more organic/Eco-friendly material option.
No one from Saatva has followed up with me since my purchase, but overall I've had a good experience."

"This came as a surprise to me because I have a credit score in the high 700s. The reason given was “unable to verify your information.” What does this mean? I was hoping to be able to take the 6 months to pay with no interest. Fortunately, I used my American Express card which gives me the option to use their “plan it” program. It will me allow to pay over a minimum of 6 months with no interest. I was disappointed that I had to take that extra step. "
