"I have 3 Lorex LNC100 series cameras. I like the ease of use, the 24-hour coverage/recording, and the fact that I can review, to a degree.
What I don't like is the high number of false triggers/event notices I receive every day. I also don't like the poor night visibility. One of my cameras quit entirely for over 2 days. I called Lorex customer support and asked them to send me a replacement. It never arrived. Inextricably, the camera began working again after 2 days. These cameras lose their connection to wifi within a 15-foot radius, and every time they disconnect, they send an event trigger. Very annoying to get false alarms. These issues notwithstanding, the cameras are useful technology."
"I first got the 4 camera wireless camera system lh-0308 and was so surprised just how clear they were !
Had a little trouble setting them up , so I called there online on line help! What great service every time I called the answered every question and problem I had. Mostly I made the problem and didn't know how to fix it. They even gave me a one on one crash corse ! Wow what service !
My wife like it so much se bought another system the l7-84 a 8 camera system with out door bullet cameras . Put them around the house
I got on line and found the dome outdoor cameras and revived them I also put them at every door to the house , you can't even notice them till you walk up on them ! You won't be disappointed in any cameras you get from Lorex I found out . I recived one bad camera from the dome set called them and they said they are shipping another on right out to me ! Not a problem!
I will continue to shop with lorex due to mostly from there service ! The product does help ! Lol

"Good product. Initially they sent only 2 cameras comes with 4) but they sent the missing cameras after 2 calls to customer service. Pretty much plug and play but the sales person thought the system came with a small monitor (it didn't) so I had to buy a separate monitor and figure out how to hook up speakers (I bought system with audio). I also bought a larger hard drive since the one supplied only holds about a week's worth of data. Picture and sound quality are very good. All In All satisfied with my purchase"
"Pretty disappointed!!!! I ordered a system that was almost $800 on 4/14. Their recording says all orders ship within 24 hours. You are on hold for at least 1/2 hour every time you call Lorex. I am yet to know if the order has been shipped. When I pull up my order under my account it says it is still in the warehouse. Thinking seriously of canceling it if I don't have it here by Tuesday/Wednesay this week. I have an electrican I contracted to do this work for me. Not real happy with LOREX TECHNOLOGY right now. "

"FRAUD ALERT We have three of LOREX systems between my mother an myself. They work great. I needed to buy extra cameras and then came the nightmare. I ordered using a valid credit card and got an email back that they wanted a scanned copy of the card and a bill sent to the address. That opens the door for their employee to commit identity fraud. I had no issue scanning the card as the information is identical to what they already have. I ended up speaking to someone in the RCMP who also felt the request for a bill (hydro..??) was inappropriate. I spent almost 30 minutes on hold, being passed from person to person and couldn't get it resolved. There is NOTHING wrong with the credit card so you have to wonder why someone in their company wants all this extra information. I now have two systems short the cameras we need and were told could be added on. The systems great but dealing with LOREX is a nightmare! And no security system is worth putting your credit information at risk. You would think they would know that. I am looking at having a lawyer involved at this point."
"Ordered online. We are on a farm so our address had to be verified. Since then we have not heard anything about our order. They will not tell us anything. Maybe they don't want their cameras on farms to help with calving or to help protect the livestock."
