"Lorex isn't alone on this, but I am getting TIRED of paying express shipping rates, for companies to wait two, three days BEFORE even acknowledging the online order-THEN shipping it out for super high delivery rates, so what I paid to have in ONE day I actually don't get until 3-4-5 days later....
THEN I get the email from Lorex BEFORE I HAVE RECEIVED MY GOODS asking me how I like what I purchased????? I don't know, cause I haven't received the item yet to judge it... I guess Had I actually gotten the item I could tell U!!!"

I had purchase a 8 channel dvr and had also purchase 4 audio cameras and a dome camera that did not work and I have ask and waited for a barcode from your company so I could return the item please help return the dome camera that don't work and refund my money back I had spent over 3000 dollars on a camera system and i'm opening a jewelry store and I'm going to need another camera dvr a 24 system but I would feel better if you refund for the dome camera that don't work.
