"The battery is already not charging whatsoever on the monitor, it needs to be constantly plugged into A/C power or will not display anything. Is there someone that I can speak with about getting a replacement please?"

"I bought two cameras. The first camera did not work correctly. I called customer service and was on hold for 1.5 hours. Yes, 1.5 hours! I put the phone on speaker and watched tv while waiting. After I waited so long, the tech representative did not know what she was doing. I could tell that she was just reading from a computer monitor. I had tried everything she suggested before the phone call because these things were suggested with the literature I received with the cameras. She asked me to hook up the second camera. The same problems happened with it. She told me it must be the tablet that came with the cameras causing the problems. She had me try several things with it which I had tried while waiting for 1.5 hours earlier. She told me it would all have to be sent back and a new system sent to me. I told her I didn't want another system because I was so frustrated with this experience. This was Friday night so she told me to call on Monday to get a voucher to send the equipment back since she could not issue a voucher. They do not have customer service on weekends. I called back on Monday morning and had to wait for 30 minutes to hear a recording saying to call back on Tuesday since it was a national holiday. They are in Canada and I am in the U.S.A. I had no clue that Monday was a national holiday for Canada. The tech person should have told me this. So, I call back on Tuesday morning. I had to wait for over an hour to talk to someone. This person tried to get me to change my mind and not return it. He wanted me to exchange it. When I said no repeatedly to this, he wanted me to try talking to a tech person again. I was furious! I would not buy anything from Lorex again. I am surprised I was sent this survey because I wrote one before and was contacted by Lorex to change it. They also apologized and asked me to give them another try. No way! This is a horrible company! I am very disappointed with them too because I spent hours researching companies and equipment before buying from Lorex. Also, before I purchased from Lorex, I called to make sure their cameras were not made in China since I refuse to buy China made items. They assured me they were made in Mexico or Canada. Guess what? Right on top of the box of cameras was a huge sticker which said "Made In China!" Anger! Anger!! Anger!!!"

"As someone that is not that comfortable buying on line and using a computer I found the site to be extremely user friendly very safe and had my product in 3 days. It was easy to set up with very good instructions. I would highly recommend this company and would definatly use them again, also the price was great I got a quote from another company for 1600.00 and this system was 800.00 now I didn't have to pay for installation as we did it ourselves. And no I was not paid by the company to say this just very satisfied."

"Packaging of the product was so poor that the monitor was sent back twice because it was shattered. Then when I finally got it we realized they sent us the wrong cameras of coarse they sent a lower quality than what we purchased. We tried contacting them for two weeks every day and gave up. Our corporation will never use them again. "

"App on a cell phone is trickey some times it works some times it doesnt.
