"The product is okay and the set up was not terribly difficult if you know wires but pray that you do not encounter a problem because they will NOT pick up their phone no matter which day of the week you call or what time.

If you email them, they give you a specific number to call but will not pick up. When you email them to ask them why or to call you instead since they refuse and simply tell you to call me."
