"Easy to get system going. Had a problem with one of 4 cameras pairing to monitor, and technicians decided we should call customer service to get a new camera sent. It came within a few days and worked just fine. we also ordered 2 range extender antennas for the system and they have been working fine.
Would recommend system to anyone."

"Just to practice, before the baby is born
, our daughter and son-in-law tried their baby monitor out by setting it up to catch their dog getting into the trash after they left their home, using the app so they could watch by cell phone. Sure enough, within a couple of minutes, there the dog was, working his way into the trash. Our son-in-law jumped back into the house and disciplined the dog, caught in the act! This should work well!! "

"Customer service at Lorex is terrible. It took four days to respond to a service ticket and when I did place an order it sat in the warehouse for 3 days and the rep kept making excuses as to why it hadn't shipped. The policy at Lorex is "product ships within 24 hrs of order being placed. Cameras are made in China and the housings are plastic. I'll be attempting to install the system this weekend. Very concerned about the cameras. We'll see how it goes."

"Still can't access via the internet. Have spent hours trying to do so. A short human contact would be helpful. "

"The complaints I have are that faces recorded during the low light conditions are washed out and if someone is quick enough you only get the image as they are leaving.
The unit records for no reason under the low light conditions and in the morning I have two folders full of false triggers, even with the sensitivity turned off.
Works great in normal lighting."
