"Sent me the wrong camera. Then when I tried to call to give them a chance to make the order right, I spent 7 hours over the course of three days trying to get someone to answer the phones. Finally gave up and left my number to call me back. Two days later someone called. The gentleman was very rude over the phone and didn't want to know what my problem was at all. He just said he would email a shipping label and to return the camera. I'm shipping it back today but I have a feeling my problems with this company aren't over. We'll see how long it takes to get my money back. "
