"Received my new unit , but the DVR did not work. Called, and did not feel I got the help I should have. I was sent a replacement DVR and it did nor work either. Between the two units tech got it working(new power supply and old DVR).
Tried to register the unit but that has been discontinued on their web sight.

"Support was a dead end in terms of my camera disconnection issues. The cameras I bought themselves were easy to setup but the firmware/web interface is majorly lacking refinement, setting things like daylight savings time was just painful.

Beware the iOS app also has its own glitches.

I can work around all these issues but I need products that my manager/staff can use just as easily. The cameras themselves are good but there's a lot of work that can be done for an overall better experience."
