"I had a generally good experience with Lovesac. The store felt comfortable, the associates were friendly, and the product seems to be of a good quality. The prices are a little higher than at other stores, and that would be the thing that keeps me from further purchases. I also think the number of emails is excessive. I get them almost daily in the default settings. I'm planning on unsubscribing to try to keep my inbox more clear."

"The cover for the rocker is ridiculous. I ripped a bunch of skin off my knuckles trying to zip it up. My fingers hurt so bad it took me an extra hour to fall asleep due to the throbbing. I live alone, if this was intended to be a group project I would have appreciated a warning."

"Would have been great to be acknowledge when I entered the store. Associate were really busy but somehow did not notice me and my child. They were able to help eventually but only after I asked for help. Mind you other customers entered the store after me and were greeted."

"We were drawn to Lovesac when we discovered the Sactionals. The short lead time was the real closer as competitors we were considering quoted 6-8 week delivery times. Sactionals with the standard covers (what we purchased) were quoted to 1-2 week delivery times. We purchased in store with Joni, an amazing sales associate. Everything was purchased as planned.I received an email stating that only part of my order was shipped. I was missing about half of my covers for seats/sides. Many reviews and tutorials said that I should expect partial shipments and this was normal so I let it slide. The delivery came for the partial order and I still had not received word on the rest. I assembled what I could and emailed the online support to see about the rest. Turns out, they had increased the delivery date to 4-6 weeks, with no notice to me. There was no apology or sincerity in their email, rather, they implied that I was mistaken. I reached back out to Joni and she was, understandably, assisting another customer. I left a message and was contacted the next day when she was available. By then, Joni had already talked to the corporate office for me and apologized profusely for their behavior. She also noticed that my delivery date has yet again been pushed to 6-8 weeks now but verified the expected date of delivery and it was actually well into October making it 9.5 weeks from that day! This was preposterous. A couch we had expected to be completed in 2 weeks was pushing nearly 12 week's time from our purchase day. At this point, I was ready to bring everything back to the store for a full refund. Luckily, Joni also mentioned a couple of contingency plans she had and assured us that she was calling corporate right after we concluded to fix this. We settled on a different but like cover that would be delivered 4-6 weeks, still not great but saves us an additional month without a couch.Thank you, Joni. We would literally be lost without you."

"I needed to make current sofa bigger and the cost to do what I wanted which was buy just a small number of pieces was nearly $1000. The quality of the sofa is not that great and doesn't warrent prices like that. I considered scrapping the sofa and buying something else because the cost to buy more pieces was so rediculious. There are no sales on extra pieces - which is contrary to keeping a customer who wants to add items to a product that is intended to be added to with time. Honestly the cost was what turned me off of your product. Give a sale price to pieces for returning customers. I feel like purchasing from you was a bad decision. The reason I bought was the ability to build and change sofa."
