"The store experience was wonderful. The sales associates were beyond helpful and did not pressure us to buy. When our lovesac arrived, we recieved all pieces and covers together which was great. When we began unpacking one of the seats had multiple stains all over it. It also had stains on the back pillow as well. I tried calling customer service, and I just got a recording saying their hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday. I was calling on a Monday at 11. I tried speaking to someone on the online chat and she did help me out saying to send an email to the customer service email address with photos of my damaged piece. I have not yet heard back, but it has been less than one day. Overall, the ease of putting together the pieces and covers was not all that difficult. Hopefully we are able to recieve a replacement seat that is not damaged."

"I just realized I wasted 2 weeks of my life.The problem is in identifying the correct product and delivering that product.I've waited 2 weeks to get this furniture. Ow it's in boxes taking up space in my living room...I'll most likely have to wait another 2 weeks before I can't get this stuff out of here and get a replacement"
