John is an excellent associate, he is knowledgeable, friendly, but not overbearing. I visited the lovesac stores in Chandler and Scottsdale AZ in March while on vacation, one had an associate that was too pushy, the other associates that weren't that friendly. Neither that would have kept me from making my purchase, but John is exactly what you need in your stores, give the man a raise!"

"We had already decided to purchase a Lovesac sactional but we were about to leave for a vacation. We got a quote and were told the price would only be good for one day. That was sort of annoying as we were going to be gone for over 10 days and we weren't able to delay the delivery time. So we delayed ordering hoping that the sale price would still be good when we got back from our trip. It was and we had no problem ordering when we got back. It would have been nice if we could have been told that the price would still be good or if we could have delayed delivery. It felt a bit high pressure sales when we already knew it was the product we wanted."

"My experience was excellent. Comparing it to other stores that I have been in, it is smaller so you don't get to see as many different products available.Its nice to see a good verity of fabric choices on full pieces rather then the fabric swatches."
