"I just rated this on my first visit this year (the purchase of my sac) The replacement was nice and took care of our requests. Where she lacked was cross selling and up selling. I went home and sold mself on the squattaman. Saying why didn't we get that. In sales, you want customer service, but asking questions and suggestions will make the most of the opportunity for all parties involved. If she sold/suggested to me the benefits we would have purchased on the initial visit. For many customers that would have been a lost opportunity. Now, I had to make another trip to the store to pick up the item. The gentleman in the store hat day had a good positive vibe and was actually who I spoke to the day before and held the item for me."

The versatility will be a welcomed relief and knowing that all the covers are washable and changeable gives me so may options since I like to change things up on occasion. The staff where I made the purchase was wonderful. Thw store was clean and tidy. We were able to climb on the furniture and even take it apart so we would know what to expect when arrives at home.
