"seems like it will be a good investment, am loving idea of being able to reconfigure as desired and how washable it will be. still concerned my 370 lb hubby will cause sag or breakdown quickly of furniture,usually max lifespan of his chair is 2 yrs. also worried grandchildren peeing will saturate covers and cause cleaning issues for foam seats and smell. am planning visit to lovesac store in near future even though is 21/2 hr drive to closest store"

"The girl associate was just sassy in general and not that approachable to talk to. I didn't get to see the product but she told me how it works and that it would come in the mail. It did and the pieces didn't completely fit together but they did enough that It wouldn't fall apart. It was an alright purchase."

"We first came to Lovesac a long time ago, more than a decade. It was all sacs back then, and the atmosphere was akin to a basement lounge kind of room. The decor was VERY fitting of the product and we liked what we saw then. Today the same store STILL feels like a basement, but your products have matured (as have I). It's very strange to look for quality/stylish furniture in a basement. There was also not enough space to see much product. The only purpose I see in that store is to get a hands-on feel for the product (especially the covers) before buying online. I think if you were to give a different experience in the store, more people would come in and learn about your unique approach to furniture."
