"Lovesac was wonderful. Very friendly, very helpful, very knowledgeable. My only reason for not giving the highest rating possible is that it's been a week since my purchase and I have not received any email / notification / contact about my order status. I was told at the store I would have the item in a week or two and information regarding the tracking within the week. I called and they had no information for me. So that has been a little frustrating regarding this order process. Almost wish I had ordered online so I would have more information on the order status and tracking."

"Lovesac has some good and innovative products. Still waiting on some of our items to be shipped to the house, and we are excited about what we purchased(2 x pillowsac with rocker). Sactionals were interesting but a little pricey for our taste. We liked a lot of their other products as well, but couldn't justify the price. Overall, lovesac has some wonderfully comfortable, and hopefully long lasting, products. We really appreciate the warranties offered on the products for added assurance they stand by their products."

"It is mind-boggling how you have let fabrics run out of stock, such as tan herringbone. Your specials and promotions AND LIMITED AVAILABILITY required the 2 store members to perform gyrations to get us close to what we wanted. For example, the pillowsac has 3 custom colors prominently displayed, but were a debacle to order and there is no matching fabric for the Squattoman (which we would have bought)."

"It was ok. I knew exactly want I wanted when I came to the store and still it was more difficult than I expected to complete my order. Also, when we entered the store, the sales associates seemed to be reluctant to determine who was going to help my husband and I."

"We received a postcard in the mail offering us a free piece of furniture. I had previously known about Lovesac through friends who had sacs and thought it would be neat to check out their store and see what promo item we would be getting. Turns out that it was a nice piece of furniture that is shipped so we can see if it's something that we would like to add on to."
